Shipping Requirements: 

All orders are required to have a mobile/cell number for our delivery partners to sms updates and to call you should they need access for delivery.

We are unable to ship to Lockers or PO BOX's due to courier requirements.

Orders will be delivered to a person directly, and will not be left in a safe place unless you instruct your delivery partner by email or sms or phone. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout page, and is calculated based the size, weight and location of your order.

Tracking

Tracking numbers/links are provided via automated emails and or sms from our system once your order has been dispatched. Due to system error or delays in syncing logistic partners if you do not have a tracking number in 48 hours from order date, please reach out to us customer@rainbowsounds.co

Warehouse Locations

Rainbow Sounds have a number of inventory warehouse locations across the globe, depending on what your order is, our stock variations can be shipped form, Australia, United Kingdom, America or Austral-Asia. 

Shipping Insurance

Rainbow Sounds packaging is exceptional and it is very rare for any goods to arrive broken. This is something we are very proud of, Rainbow Sounds will pay for the first $100 worth of cover. If you wish to add insurance for your delivery, please request this before you order as additional costs will need to be added to your order. To request this email customer@rainbowsounds.co

If an item arrives broken, you need to log a claim with us within 3 business day of the delivery being signed or accepted (see below details).

Returns & Exchanges

For safety and energetic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for goods you have received that have been opened. We do not except change of mind refunds for orders already shipped or ready to ship. Ordering from Rainbow Sounds Australian shop and shipping to any location is a business transaction in Australia and Australian consumer law is applied. 

Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a 14 day change of mind refund, if you buy from a UK stockist or reseller, but not if you engage in business with the Australian online shop. 

Special note: If a bowl is reverberate the sound onto your mallet and it's important you learn to play a Rainbow Sounds bowl. This is not a fault in product.

The Rainbow Sounds Crystal Bowls are made with a Very High Purity Grade of raw material, and this means they are high vibrational and if your unable to play a high grade bowl, we recommend the Rainbow Sounds Training, or specialist crystal bowl training provider who are also a Rainbow Sounds Stockist and aware how to play them. 

Damaged Bowls in Transit

If your bowl arrived damaged from transit, you'll need to log a claim with us within 3 days of the delivery being signed or accepted.

How to log a claim:

1. Take a photo of the outer box to show damage

2. Take a 2-3 unique photos of the broken bowl/item in the box before removing it

3. Take a photo of the courier slip addressed to you  

4. Email all images with your original order number to customer@rainbowsounds.co

5. In your email give any extra detail you can.

Waiting time for claims is 3-6 weeks – this is the time the courier takes to process claims. Your claim is with the courier and not with Rainbow Sounds, we just help facilitate it. No claim is guaranteed, and claims can only be made if you requested extra insurance on top of the complementary cover we offer as stated above.

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days and delivery can take approx. 1-2 weeks depending on your location (metro/regional and country etc). 

DELIVERY METHODS

For customers in Australia and New Zealand:

We use Sendle courier service or Australian Post (depending on the order). Tracking numbers are provided via automated emails from our system.

For all other international customers:

Delivery service is drop ship direct from factory to your door via FEDEX or TNT. Tracking numbers are provided via automated emails from our system.

COVID DELAYS

Some delivery services may be affected or running behind expected times due to the current COVID situation. 

DELIVERY INSURANCE

Rainbow Sounds pay for the first $100 worth of cover. If you wish to add insurance for your delivery, please request this before you order as additional costs will need to be added to your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase from our website (www.rainbowsounds.co) and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
