To align with the moon's energy and reset myself, I always take time out on the night of the full moon to perform some fulfilling rituals. These help me bring balance and calm, and leaving me feel grounded and rejuvenated.
Here are 6 rituals I recommend:
1. CHARGE YOUR CRYSTALS 🔮
By charging your crystals in the moonlight, it empowers and recharges them, and the energy rubs off on us.
2. DO YOGA AND MEDITATE
Practice yoga and meditation to balance sun and moon (masculine and feminine) energies, as well as strengthening your body and mind connection
3. PLAY YOUR CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS 🎵
Play your singing bowls and sing to the moon to create unity between yourself and the moon. You can also attend a community sound bath session.
4. PRACTICE BREATHWORK 🗣
Practice a relaxing breathwork such as deep diaphragmatic breathing
5. WRITE IN YOUR JOURNAL ✍️
Journal your learnings, what you have achieved and all that you are grateful for
6. GIVE GRATITUDE 🙏
for your manifestations that have been completed
