- Take your crystal sound bowl to the next level in greater detail and precision
- Learn the importance of sonic geometry and harmony
- Tune into the power of voice
- Learn the art of mantra
- Learn how to create your own unique ritual or meaningful ceremony
- The do’s and don'ts of medicinal cacao
- Understand the different plant blends + how to use them correctly
- Learn how to structure a sound bath
- Learn an exciting new instrument - the beautiful crystal purifying energy rattle
- We discuss a range of instruments (including the crystal bowls and the crystal purifying energy rattle)
- Know when and how to use these instruments, how intention interacts with sound and relates directly into the cells of your body, emotions and energetic fields.
The day starts with cacao and ends with a sound bath, absolutely a great way to spend the day!
