What is the 3rd Eye Chakra?
The 3rd Eye Chakra (also known as Ajna) is the 6th of the 7 chakras, and is associated with the indigo (or royal blue) colour.
The Third Eye Chakra represents your psychic abilities, also known as intuition. Knowing and trusting your life purpose, listening to your intuition. Essentially, it is our connection to the spiritual world.
When the Third Eye Chakra is unbalanced, you feel like you don't know know your purpose, blocking your intuitive ability, fear of being spiritual.

Shipping Requirements
- All orders require a mobile/cell number for our delivery partners to, if applicable, send SMS updates and to contact you if needed for delivery access.
- We are unable to ship to lockers or P.O. Boxes due to courier requirements.

Customs Import Taxes and Duties
The shipping fee you pay covers only the cost of shipping. It does not include any import taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be required by your country’s customs office that you will need to pay you are delivering to a county other than America, UK, Australia.
Depending on your location, you may be responsible for paying these additional charges upon delivery. Some countries where import taxes and duties may apply include (but are not limited to): Canada, South Africa, EU, Asia and others that are not America, UK and Australia.

Shipping Insurance
Our bowls are carefully packed in double-reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive safely. While it’s very rare for items to arrive damaged, we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout through the third-party provider, Route Protection, to protect your parcel from damage, loss, or theft.
By adding this insurance, you’ll be eligible for compensation through Route, if applicable.
How It Works

Need to Make a Claim?
If you purchased the additional shipping insurance at checkout through the third-party provider, Route Protection, follow these steps to file a claim:
- Go to the Route Resolve Center
- Enter your email and order number.
- Select the item(s) you’re filing the claim for.
- Choose the corresponding issue type.
- Verify your phone number.
- Provide details about the issue.
- Select your preferred resolution.
- Submit the required information.
- Review and certify your claim.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a rare defect.
For defects, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods. To qualify for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, photos and video support, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ordering from Rainbow Sounds online shop and shipping to any location is considered a business transaction under Australian consumer law.
Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a 14-day change-of-mind refund, but only if the purchase was made from a UK stockist or reseller. This policy does not apply to purchases from our online shop.
Special note: If a bowl is reverberating sound onto your mallet, it's important to understand how to play a Rainbow Sounds bowl. This is not a product fault. Rainbow Sounds bowls are made with a very high-purity grade of raw material, making them highly vibrational. If you are unable to effectively play a high-grade bowl, we recommend enrolling in Rainbow Sounds Training or a specialist crystal bowl training provider who is also a Rainbow Sounds stockist.
