SonicSounds™ is a fun, guided somatic experience that combines breath, intentional movement, vocal sounding, and quartz bowl resonance. Each participant engages directly with two instruments: a Sound Therapy Bowl and their voice. It’s not at all like singing — it’s sounding.

This is not a passive lay down sound bath. It is interactive and intentional. Join our growing community of instructors! 

You can expect from attending a Sonic Sounds class:

Fun instructors guiding you through:

• Diaphragmatic breath work to regulate the nervous system

• Cross-body integration and grounding movements

• Vocal toning and embodied sound exploration

• The felt vibration of quartz bowls as a resonance anchor

• Structured stillness to land and integrate

Throughout the session, sound is used as an internally sensed, breath-led action. It’s not a performance — it’s a practice. The sound therapy bowls support your process, but your breath and body lead the experience.
