2 x Carry Bags for Set of 7 Crystal Singing Bowls 

If you're using the bag for a set of 7 bowls, please purchase the 2 bags with nesting pouches as this will allow you to stack the 7 bowls inside the bags and give the bowls padded protection. One bag is for 4 bowls (6", 8", 10" and 12" bowls) and one bag is for 3 bowls (7", 9" and 11" bowls), Watch the video to see how the protective inserts work.

Note: The 12" bowl and 11" bowl do not have a nesting pouch, as they sit in the bag.

Bag Features:

• Made with strong sturdy woven fabric with high density Australian foam padding

• Zip and velcro enclosure

• Large side pocket for mallets and mobile phones

The lining of the bag can be unzipped to fold down or to wash. You can also take out the inner foam and wash by hand if necessary.

Please note: Do not stack the bowls in the bags without any nesting pouches, padding or inserts. We also recommend to not put your mallets in with your bowls as it may damage the bowl. The mallets can be placed in the side pocket.

    Delivery

    Our delivery costs are calculated based on size/weight of your order and delivery location.

    We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days and delivery can take approx. 1-2 weeks depending on your location (metro/regional and country etc). 

    DELIVERY METHODS

    For customers in Australia and New Zealand:

    We use Sendle courier service or Australian Post (depending on the order). Tracking numbers are provided via automated emails from our system.

    For all other international customers:

    Delivery service is drop ship direct from factory to your door via FEDEX or TNT. Tracking numbers are provided via automated emails from our system.

    COVID DELAYS

    Some delivery services may be affected or running behind expected times due to the current COVID situation. 

    DELIVERY INSURANCE

    Rainbow Sounds pay for the first $100 worth of cover. If you wish to add insurance for your delivery, please request this before you order as additional costs will need to be added to your order. 

    If an item arrives broken, you need to log a claim with us within 3 business day of the delivery being signed or accepted. 

    How to log a claim:

    1. Take a photo of the box to show damage

    2. Take a photo of the broken bowl in the box before removing it

    3. Take a photo of the courier slip addressed to you  

    4. Email all images with your original order number to info@rainbowsounds.co

    5. In your email give any extra detail you can and also state how much insurance you paid for with your order.  

    Waiting time for claims is 3-6 weeks – this is the time the courier takes to process claims. Your claim is with the courier and not with Rainbow Sounds, we just help facilitate it.  

    Returns & Exchange

    We do not accept returns or exchanges. For manufacturer's defects, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

    To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase from our website (www.rainbowsounds.co) and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
